We present our work on “Massively parallel single cell lineage tracing using CRISPR/Cas9-induced genetic scars” at the Single Cell Genomics Meeting in Hinxton, UK. Philipp’s talk is on Friday, September 16. You can find Bastiaan’s poster here.

Great news! We receive a prestigious ERC starting grant of 1.5 million Euro for our project “Quantitative analysis of variability and robustness in spatial pattern formation”.

Our paper “Patched receptors sense, interpret and establish an epidermal Hedgehog signalling gradient” is published in the Journal of Investigative Dermatology (doi: 10.1016/j.jid.2016.06.632).
